As a Reservation Agent / CSR the focus will be on assisting clients through phone calls and websites to plan and book our service. Planning weddings, movie premiers, concerts, and all other large events in Detroit are just a normal part of our day.
Our fast paced environment is welcoming with a team effort in your success.
Shift: Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm
Responsibilities
Assisting clientele book, cancel and change reservations
Explain and sell our service and company to new and existing clientele
Assist Sales team on leads and new account acquisition
Quote follow ups and marketing
Assorted general office tasks. (reconciling, data entry, ect.)
