He has over 40 years’ experience in Martial arts as a student, teacher and referee.
He has experienced various meditation techniques like Zen, TM Siddhi, Sidda Samadhi Yoga, Vipassana, Silva mind control etc. and also healing arts like Reiki / Pranic healing.
He discovered Martial arts in 1977 and is a 6th degree black belt in Karate and a National referee.
Since 1995 he has dedicated his life in spreading / promoting Tai Chi Chuan in India.
Embodied Movements - Parveen Nair
He is a long-term yoga teacher and practitioner based in Rishikesh, India.
He offers teacher trainings and programs and is known for his creative and inspired yoga practice routines that incorporate pranayama and asana.
Parveen’s approach to yoga is influenced by his background in dance and his deep spirital connection to the practice.
