Full Job Description
We are urgently in need of Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
· Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
· Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
· Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
· Evaluate housekeeping staff on the basis of performance.
· Ensure all the rules are being followed properly.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
· With minimum 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor.
· Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks in Hotel industry.
· Excellent organizational and team management skills.
· Physically active and healthy to perform difficult tasks.
· Effective communication skills.
· Available immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month
